The Lodge is co-working and event space for the creatives and entrepreneurs in the Franklin, TN Community.

Conceptualized and designed all interior spaces from build out to lighting and furniture. Also directed the creation of the brand, logo and website for The Lodge LLC.

Responsible for the creation of the Missions Department, sending out teams to 5 different countries to our partner orphanages. Recruiting team leaders and team members, training of leaders, creating standards and ethics for the department.

Took a small not for profit from serving and sending about 100 individuals on missions a year to around 1K annually resulting in a 100% increase in 2 years.

Responsible for the Orphan Ticket Home campaign.

Covered the SE region from TX to North Carolina to Florida.
