Colleagues describe her as "Amanda was my manager for my first year working at ISDI, and I can say with confidence that she is one of the main reasons I was able to grow so much professionally as a Program Manager. She has an uncanny ability to handle several large-scale projects at once - juggling communication between companies, planning large corporate events, maintaining happy student groups, and problem solving for students in short periods of time. During our time together, she trained me and our fellow team member on how to plan, launch, and fulfill a year-long masters degree program in digital business. Amanda taught me to write syllabi and plan interactive content specific to international students, as well as prepare expert speakers for giving seminars in our programs. It was a lucky opportunity for me to be placed on her team, as all the skills I learned on her team have helped me endlessly in both my career at ISDI, but also mainly in my passion projects that I actively pursue outside of work.
