I've made a career of being personable and willing to learn new things, in and out of the office. I am experienced with numerous PC programs, including but not limited to QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook. Extremely knowledgeable in the accounts receivable and accounts payable sectors. Comfortable handling customer accounts, along with maintaining daily receivables and collections. Currently handling all aspects of AR & AP, with the exception of detailed financial reporting. Numerous years use of Quickbooks, with more recent use of DEACOM ERP system. Fluent in collections, maintaining customer accounts and terms, as well as maintaining vendor accounts and keeping current on payables so nothing falls behind. I am a people person and strive on doing my absolute best at whatever task is presented to me. I work hard at accomplishing goals in an organized and timely manner.
