Manage a department of approximately 15 associates, including assistant managers, shift leaders, and working with other department heads to lead and direct the store. Interview, hire, and develop employees to their potential, which includes counselling, training and holding accountable. Budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling for the department. Running daily tasks, overseeing daily functions, and processing weekly, monthly, and seasonal changes within the management role.
