I am currently helping to grow Floor Trim Systems Ltd and market their new floor trim (TrimAce). My current tasks include researching and attending industry events, creating social media content, writing PR content, developing the website, SEO, building customer relationships and ultimately driving sales.

As Marketing Specialist, I was responsible for the annual marketing plans for various business units in the UK division of Ottobock, including Human Mobility, Dorset Orthopeadic, Medifix Healthcare Ltd, Orthotics and Prosthetics. I worked with the head of the business units to set SMART objectives for the year, created B2B and B2C campaign concepts, liaised with relevant departments to ensure these were executed on time and within proposed budget whilst constantly reviewing and measuring the outcomes to ensure the goals were achieved. I also worked closely with Ottobock divisions around the World when launching new products to the UK market, integrating all of the elements in the communications mix utilising both online and offline tactics.

As Marketing Executive I contribute to the development of marketing plans, co-ordinate activity and execute internal and external communications. I manage a busy programme of events which include; seminars, hospitality events and networking events. I have recently been responsible for our GDPR campaign to ensure we gain the highest opt-in rate as possible before the 25 May deadline. I am a key member in the Business Development Team and take a lead role in tracking referrals and analysing source of business reports. I also assist in maintaining the firm's database, updating the website and creating and publishing content on our social media channels.

I was promoted to Marketing Executive which meant I was not only in charge of the event strategy, I also sent targeted weekly emails, created candidate newsletters and kept the social media sites interactive and relevant. With this promotion I learnt new skills such as HTML, SEO and PPC to keep www.eteach.com up to date and maintained.

I organise and attend recruitment fairs at universities and sign up candidates to Eteach to help them find a job in education. I also manage customer events in the primary, secondary and FE sector to sell recruitment solutions to Headteachers, Deputy Heads, HR Managers and Bursars. I have recently organised and attended the British Schools in the Middle East Conference in Abu Dhabi.

At Swain and Jones I planned, organised and managed launch events such as the F-Type launch. I also had the amazing opportunity to have a tour and training at the Jaguar factory in Castle Bromwich. I gained great experience working with the EMO marketing agency in Bristol and being involved with regional sales meetings with all local branches of Jaguar. I loved building new relationships with companies such as East Street Cycles in Farnham and working with all of the different departments at Swain and Jones. I also found it a privilege to drive beautiful cars and work so closely to our customers at this family run business.
