Throughout college I've found a passion for diversity and corporate social responsibility. My first encounters in the subjects ultimately sparked my interest to pursue a career that looks to change the way businesses do business and be held accountable to their environmental impact on the world. I hope to use my experience and education to make a difference in the workplace by establishing more sustainable practices and mindsets.As a former officer of the Filipino American Student Association and the International Business Network Club it opened me up to different ethnic culture clubs that all gave a sense of belonging, identity, and community. This helped me foster relationships with others and build my own sense of community, in addition to organizing and delegating weekly meetings and different cultural events. Previously, I worked with Fairhaven Toy Garden, Sirena Gelato, and the Seabeck Conference Center helping to develop my customer service skills, communication, and adaptability. Currently, I work as the head chef for the Early Learning Facility of the YMCA.
