Roles have varied from Video Producer, Operations Director, Programming Director and Weekend Service Producer. Responsible for coordinating everything it takes to create a video or event at a church of 20,000 + attendees. From hiring freelancers, working with Vendors, hospitality, creating schedules, managing budgets and project management.

Managed the operations and production of each video project from development to completion. Supported multiple clients and projects at a time while in charge of the day-­‐to-­‐day, nuts and bolts of the department. Created and maintained project budgets, shoot and production schedules. Contributed creatively along with leading creative development exercises for Department.

The WCA Media Department serves within the WCA organization to bring relovant and inovated media to the different ministry segments (Adults, Arts, Children's, Students and Leadership) within the organization. My role as Video Producer and Project Manager serves to guide the entire process of making a video. We are normally working on a minimum of 20 video projects at one time that range from Conference or Product Marketing videos, to Conference Promo, Curriculum, and other video products.

Served on the creative team developing each weekend service. Coordinated all aspects of singers, musicians, and guest speakers for weekend services and other productions. Connected and trained volunteers for appropriate Ministry. Created worship and sermon graphics for Weekend Services and church wide special events.

Developed music and products for 15 tour groups. Booked concert sites for each tour group that ranged from 60 to 100 locations per group, nationwide. Responsible for coordinating travel and lodging for each group.
