Along with management responsibilities, I am working as a business analyst for projects including RPA and other payment systems. This involves documentation, cultivating business relationships, utilizing agile methodology, etc.

Supports electronic payment systems within Bank Operations. I work with business units and IT developers to create new efficient systems that automate daily functions. I am trained in Agile methodology that I utilize for the projects I am involved in. For some of these projects, I participant in backlog grooming, sprint planning, run test scripts, and implementation. Within 5 months of this position, I was promoted from a Business Line System Analyst II to a Business Line System Analyst III. During this role, I have been presented shared service opportunities to act as a project manager. These projects offer my organizational and communication services to other areas of the bank, generating revenue for my department. I am the chairman for a committee within Bank Operations, the REPS. This committee is responsible for division wide activities and new employee onboarding. The members of this committee are clerical employees. While managing the REPS, I am a member of the Advocate committee in which members are from management within operations. This committee develops new programs and appreciation events division wide. In the committee, I am developing a program with a couple of members to allow employees to shadow different areas of operations and exchange knowledge. This is in hopes of retaining and cultivating talent.

Continue to perform all tasks within Treasury Commercial Customer Support Specialist. Selected as dedicated support for high profile Treasury customers. I am their dedicated contact for any issues or requests for their Treasury products. These customers have unique set-ups and products that I am trained to assist with. Within this role, I lead team meetings, build process improvements for the department, and train new employees with collaboration with the training specialist. After I was promoted to this position, I was given the opportunity to participate in a 6 month project with two other members gathering data regarding all payment systems within the bank. This was presented to senior management in November. I received an Award for the process improvements and documentation of the project.

Additionally, aid ACH and wire departments with requests that involve ACH recalls and returns, Wire recalls and returns, wire traces, Letter of Indemnities, and Fraudulent Affidavits. Support systems include Fourgreen/Globalscape, Commerce Connections, Mainframe, OnDemand, Remote Deposit, Content Manager, Trips, TRecs, Phonefactor, and ACH risk manager.
