I currently work as an administrative officer in a nursing home where I have extensive admin experience and provide a service to a high standard.I have a broad understanding of the other teams within the department - maintenance contractors, various medical professionals and nursing staff.Meet the needs of the business. I mentor new members of staff and process their DBS applications and use a pragmatic approach to solving any issues that may arise whilst maintaining the needs of the business.I have confidently identified positive and negative risks and implications associated with tasks and I highlight my findings to stakeholders or senior managers (where relevant) for their consideration.
