Making sure internal employee development was always a priority, conducted weekly one on one’s with internal employees to discuss career path goals and inserting projects into their schedule to help them get there. During my time as Director, I redesigned how our onsite program worked operationally. Through this new model, our sites grew in revenue and gross profit.
