Managed all onsite operations throughout Missouri and Kansas for Staffmark and Pro Staff, with over ten million dollars in revenue. Planned, developed, and directed strategic recruitment and employment programs with all site locations. Worked with management to understand current and future workforce needs and develop improvements to staffing processes like sourcing and selection. Hired and managed onsite team, including Onsite Managers, Supervisors and Recruiters to ensure key performance indicators are met. Constructed and implemented a tailored training program for onsite teams to navigate and successfully manage their sites during the ever changing climate of the workforce using key performance indicators, setting onsite teams up to work both independently from a site perspective and then as a team when support was needed. Ensured a net profit was obtained each month, sharing with team to guarantee understanding of how recruitment and retention impacts budget. Worked closely with Staffmark’s Workforce Solutions team developing site implementations, new strategies for recruiting and retention during COVID, and continuous improvement with respect to contract employee retention. Making sure internal employee development was always a priority, conducted weekly one on one’s with internal employees to discuss career path goals and inserting projects into their schedule to help them get there. During my time as Director, I redesigned how our onsite program worked operationally. Through this new model, our sites grew in revenue and gross profit.
