Terraform Support Engineering Manager (M3)
CurrentGrowing and enabling a team of designated support engineers who are aligned to our top enterprise customers that require a more 1-to-1 support experience. This includes both proactive and break/fix support of Terraform Enterprise environments. Regular internal and external cadence calls with customers, account managers, solutions engineers, resolution architects, and more are an integral part of providing an all inclusive, high quality experience for our customers resulting in expansion of the product and increased sales.
