Serve as the Sales liaison between Cybex customers, internal operations, Field Sales, and Marketing. Under the direction of the Manager of Sales Operations: Manage the order process to ensure customer and company satisfaction and to develop and promote new business by executing outbound call campaigns and bringing resolution/closure to incoming customer inquiries.Support the North American and International field sales group, distributor network, and marketing department with generating incremental sales revenue through outbound call campaigns for company sponsored promotions.Handle incoming customer inquiries by providing product information such as price, product specifications, product comparison, and product availability. Requires thorough working knowledge of company’s products, services and customers.Qualify incoming calls for field sales team. Enter leads into database, distribute to appropriate sales channel, and maintain status of lead throughout sales cycle.Qualify leads from secondary sources (website inquiries, company mailers, trade shows, publications, referrals) by means of outbound sales calls.Generate and enter sales orders.Receive order information from Field Sales and distributor network; verify order accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies.Work with Logistics to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.Follow orders for respective customers through system communicating with customer and internal departments to ensure customer delivery expectations are met. This includes assisting credit department with satisfying payment terms.Inform distribution network of lead time, product availability, etc. and any other appropriate information necessary to support network.Assist field sales with quotations and less complex equipment sales.Represent Cybex and act as the Sales contact for consumer inquiries in designated territories.Fulfill customer brochure requests and perform other duties as assigned.

A Personal Response Associate responds promptly and professionally to emergency and non-emergency calls from Lifeline subscribers and evaluates what type of assistance is required.
