With over 20 years of experience working in various business sectors including state and international government agencies, national non-profit and private organizations, and educational systems, I have had the advantage of seeing industries in all stages of growth and development, resulting in my keen ability to understand the inner workings of my clients' organizations while maintaining a thoughtful and objective solutions-based outside perspective. Recognizing that every organization's core framework are people, I obtained my Masters Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Rutgers University, and I am currently pursuing my Doctoral Degree in Law and Policy from Liberty University.
