Through our project management software, I manage the intake of requests, gather requirements to set up workflows and assign tasks, and regularly report on project status. I serve as the front line of communication between requesters and the shared services teams. For our creative team, I manage each designer’s schedule and help to remove roadblocks. I developed and implemented a Creative Brief process, including creating the Creative Brief document and creating corresponding workflows. I provide the department leadership with insights into what causes project delays to help determine process improvements. For our digital team, I manage the intake of requests, facilitate kick-off meetings and communicate with project owners to gather requirements, translate requirements into actionable tasks, establish and manage timelines, lead weekly project status meetings, and have constant communication with the project owners and various Digital teams to discuss updates and problem solve. I provide reports for leadership to assess team workload. I support larger projects, including product launches, by developing customized workflows and developing reports to track progress.I manage our internal review process by facilitating daily reviews in our project management system, maintaining work instructions, training submitters and reviewers as necessary, and reporting out to leadership. I drafted rules, regulations, and terms and conditions for a wide variety of promotions in collaboration with GMR Legal resources and the client’s legal counsel. I coordinated the post-promotion fulfillment process including winner selection, notification, winner documentation (winner selection, notification and prize acceptance documents), prize fulfillment (merchandise prizes, trip prizes, electronic prizes) and 1099 reporting when necessary. In my role, I tailored radio copy for talent for specific events, I represented stations at promotional events by taking questions and comments from the public, and I encouraged people to enter contests and compete for prizes. In addition, I used my customer service abilities when contacting winners from promotional contests to arrange prize fulfillment.
