Manager, Quality Improvement - Compliance
Current• Implements, oversees, and maintains new and existing healthcare quality monitoring activities and programs; ensuring quality monitoring audits and investigations are performed in accordance with prescribed quality standards; data collection, reporting, and analysis to monitor key quality management activity.• Assists MFL Quality Leadership with providing the strategic direction and implementation of Health Plan quality management activities• Manages QI Compliance specialist activities, including developing work plans to meet NCQA and state and federal-based quality improvement compliance requirements. • Collaborates to ensure accountability for timely and accurate completion of State-mandated QI activities • Maintains structure and processes for tracking and trending reportable incidents, quality of care events, member service concerns, and mortalities and escalate any gaps in processes that could result in poor member satisfaction• Maintains library of accreditation and regulatory updates from NCQA, CMS, and AHCA• Ensures all quality management unit staff are well-versed in the requirements of the quality management program and day-to-day work processes to support compliance with state contract, policies, and program requirements• Utilizes proven quality improvement methods, such as the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle, to facilitate individual, team, and organizational process improvement• Works to ensure all QI compliance related activities are successfully accomplished each year including: NCQA Accreditation, CAHPS Survey, PSS Survey, HEDIS Data, Regulatory Reporting
