Current•Develop and provide implementation support for projects that aim to improve Retail Delivery processes and procedures.•Partner with stakeholders to establish and execute changes to work processes.•Support Knowledge Management as a SME to collect, evaluate and incorporate user feedback into published content.•Develop and edit content for a variety of deliverables, including knowledge base articles, flow charts, manuals, standard operating procedures, corporate policies and guidelines, troubleshooting guides, and quick-reference job aids.•Research and determine resolutions to member, employee, system, process, and procedure related issues.•Complete centralized production tasks for Retail Delivery to improve accuracy of complex processes.•Prepare training resources on how to review/process Fiduciary accounts and lead the training for specialists.
