With over 5 years of experience in process improvement as a Retail Experience Support Specialist at BECU, I'm passionate about developing and implementing solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Retail Delivery processes and procedures. I have a proven track record of partnering with stakeholders to research and resolve issues, creating/editing content such as knowledge-based articles, guides, and job aids to support employees with proper resources. I have acquired exceptional skills in project management, process improvement, technical writing, building partnerships and problem solving through my work at BECU.
