Client Service Manager
CurrentAs a Client Service manager I am responsible for maintaining relationships and open communication with client facilities to assure their staffing needs are being met. I work directly with our recruiters to appropriately place candidates in assignments based on their experience and competency.Standards/Responsibilities• Manage relationship with hospital clients and evaluate each facility’s staffing needs.• Maintain strong relationship with the client representatives and staffing office to assure ongoing communication of current and future staffing needs.• Communicates client staffing needs to our field employees in a timely manner.• Placements of candidates in appropriate assignments or shifts, based on their experience and competency. • Alert sales team and recruiters to new opportunities • Assures compliance with credentials and regulatory document requirements. Communicates with field employees proactively to obtain credentials prior to expiration.• Responsible for Performance Improvement activities related to personnel file compliance, communicates with the president on a consistent basis regarding compliance status and implement new processes to improve overall performance and service delivery.
