Together we built 30 micro brands with posting strategies, websites, and customer care through product sales cycles. I have had the privilege to work with Writer, Entrepreneur and Coach Travis Cody many times in our long friendship as his second in command and Project Manager. These projects range from Real Estate investing, to marketing though physical mailers, internet marketing and funnel building for his amazing book coaching program, Best Seller By Design. My work focused on systemization, creation of workflows, and staff onboarding and training.

Co-Founder and Partner in a Corporate Chair Massage company, providing stress relief wellness services on-site at organizations across Los Angeles. After participating in the brand development and company mission, I developed the treatments protocols, and trained a staff of 10 Massage therapists. I also managed logistics, legal, HR, and other business operations.

Designed tracking systems for projects and templated project outlines. Established daily stand up meeting rhythm and content. Clarified job descriptions, introduced KPI's and solidified corporate culture around group goals.

It was a pleasure to work with the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce, an organization dedicated to supporting the local business community through: Member outreach, Creating strategic connections, and Helping business promote their brand through the Chamber.Over the 5 moth contract term I was able to work closely with the Director Vicki Nussbaum, to developed and systematized their sales funnel and new member welcome system. After only 2 months a boost in new member enrollment was realized. The office staff were able to use the SOP's, email templates, and multi touch member out reach calendar generated in my engagement there, to maintain that momentum through out the year.

Massage Therapy Program Chair - Managed the teaching faculty for 7 Southern California campuses. It was a joy to establish a cohesive corporate culture across the 7 remote locations of the UEI College system. After being a contributor to phase 1, I managed the development and roll out of Phase 2 of a new massage therapy curriculum. My role evolved from campus inspections, quarterly instructor training and on-boarding of new faculty, to Department Morale Manager. Our culture of providing outstanding care to students was tested by a 9 month teach out, completing every student's education before closing the department.
