- Provided executive administrative support with increasing responsibility to the SVP, Business Origination; SVP Project Development and Construction; SPC Compliance Officer and staff of 60 people- Performed invoice processing, validation, budget tracking, financial research and analysis – recent analysis and consolidation of wireless accounts should achieve approximately $400 per month savings.- Coordinated meetings and events, calendar management, timekeeping, expense reporting, phone support, presentation preparation, meeting materials and general office management - Provided administrative support for Business Origination team and backup support for other Southern Power teams and administrative staff- Worked with external vendors to procure and manage supplies, wireless devices, computer inventory and customer / employee appreciation gifts

- Daily support of leaders including management of Outlook calendar, contacts and email; correspondence and reports. - Create and maintain organization charts, personnel reports and other confidential data. Manage confidential records and files.- Organize, facilitate and manage conference calls, internal and external meetings; events, and travel arrangements for leadership and employees. - Process expense reports, validate vendor billing and invoicing. - Procure and manage wireless device inventory, services and billing: computer hardware, office supplies and other inventory. - Perform financial research, analysis, forecasting assistance and other monthly financial reporting. Identify cost reductions.- Serve as liaison between leadership, departments, employees, customer and vendors. - General personnel and office support of 215 employees in 9 states and locations. Including facility and remote access; space management.
