Interact with the customers, basically MSIL and Honda groups and identifying the issues in the parts supplied after manufacturing.Find out the reasons for the issues and finding the solutions for the same.Interacting with the manufacturing and Design teams to find-out these issues causes and solutions for the same.Inspection of components at receipt stage, as per the priority & clearance of GR's in SAP.In case of NG parts of supplier, Countermeasure taken by supplier and follow up monitoring.Implementing the solutions at immediate stage and as permanent measures.The quality rating of supplier and monthly supplier rejection.Parts latest drawing and inspection plan record maintain.Maintaining all the documents for delivery and issue report and resolve reports for new and old products.Responsible for 5 S & supplier audit plan and implementation.
