As a waitress at Del Frisco’s Grille I wait on tables and take care of guests. I greet and chat with guests, suggest and up-sell menu items, answer all their questions, take their order, and focus on making their dining experience exceptional. I run food and drinks, sweep, clean, and attend to miscellaneous profession necessities. I intervene teamwork into everything I do, as to maximize the efficiency of the restaurant and happiness of everyone. I work to provide guests with an experience you can’t just get anywhere.As a certified trainer, I use my knowledge and experience to teach new employees. I teach classes on material and motivate others to succeed. I help them in understanding the culture of the restaurant and expose them to the importance of accuracy, guest satisfaction, and most importantly hospitality.
