I work as a Senior Program Manager with the Industry Solutions Engineering team. I manage Innovation Programs for Microsoft's strategic partners and customers, focused on building Minimum Viable Experiments (MVEs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with a scale-to-production roadmap, while keeping the solutions grounded in strong user research.As part of managing large programs focused on innovation, I manage stakeholders, conduct risk evaluation and mitigation, and I'm deeply involved in technical reviews and UX design reviews.I also manage a team of high performing developers and designers to build rapid prototypes, proof of concepts, proof of technologies and proof of value.As part of managing a team, I develop technical readiness roadmaps, conduct goal setting, performance reviews, rewards and recognition discussions with my team.Some of the innovation programs I have led so far include:- Envisioning and designing a remote monitoring center setup- Envisioning and building a MVE bot for Microsoft Teams based on Azure Language Understanding Services- Designing and building a fully immersive VR application for new hire onboarding with Unity, targeting the Meta (Oculus) Quest 2 devices.- Deploying and demonstrating AR experiences built using Unity on mobile devices.

I worked with the Microsoft Services Global Delivery team as an Associate Consultant in the User Experience Team.Worked on Front End Development on Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Windows 8 Store Apps, Windows 8.1 Universal Apps to develop pixel perfect, responsive UI. Accessibility was central to the applications we built, and the highlight of this role was building the front end for a mobile application for the visually impaired.
