The role also involves preparing RFAs for materials use, RFIs for technical issues, and ensuring smooth site work progress. The role also involves material testing, working with registered surveyors to prepare as-built drawings, preparing bar bending schedules, and collaborating with QP to prepare design calculations and Certificate of Supervision.2) Build-To-Order (BTO) Projects - April 2021 – December 2022 Project Involved : Sengkang , Woodland, Bidadari, Clementi The role involves preparing documentation for road and drainage work, liaising with cable detectors, preparing method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures, overseeing drawing management, attending weekly meetings with sub-contractors, and interacting with clients. The role ensures compliance with codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. The role also involves preparing RFAs for materials use and RFIs for technical issues on site. The role also involves material testing, working with registered surveyors to prepare as-built drawings, preparing bar bending schedules, and liaising with Quality Assurance (QP) to prepare COS. The role also involves ensuring smooth site work progress and addressing technical issues.
