• Responsible for communicating with consumers, driving 8D problem-solving initiatives with a focus on Poka Yoke principle.• Manage the final inspection required to ensure customers receive high-quality products• Organize and coordinate customer returns of the defective products and launch immediate containment measures.• Corrective Action Response (CAR), root cause investigation techniques, generate and review CARs (Corrective actions)• Track and present quality metrics at an organization level for systemic occurrences• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that change actions are completed on time and customer approvals are received prior to the change.

• Analyzing root causes and conducting research by maintaining a close eye on field performance and reporting on new developments.• Perform root cause investigation, carry out appropriate analyses, and execute corrective action for failures involving customers.• Validate, perform visual inspection and approve modules prior to shipping• Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving overall product quality for 100G, 200G, 400G & 800G products.• Conducting audit procedures on any new products, testers, or manufacturing line operations to determine product quality.• To perform EEPROM buyoff for NPI products based on the customer’s specifications and to ensure there are no bytes corruption.

• In charge of all Out-going Quality Assurance (OQA) and ensuring all assembled modules are meeting the company & marketing specifications before being shipped out• Performing first level failure analysis on modules which have failed OQA test ( Final test before being shipped out ) and liaising with Product engineers and Failure Analysis team respectively• Monitoring modules’ performances and product capability before and after going through TC Bert test ( extreme temperature testing, -40 C to 80 C )• To monitor the DPPM and the Pareto chart of the failures encountered and produce a weekly report to management for test yield monitoring• Implementing and documenting the appropriate corrective, preventive, and containment actions each time a genuine failure occurs
