• Implemented several features in the enterprise platforms to manage a company acquisition. As a Senior Product Manager, I managed continuous improvement product roadmap, and led feature prioritization and trade-off negotiations for an enterprise platform. I handled data readiness for shipping rates offered globally by FedEx in 2018. I also led several projects to make changes to enterprise platforms to launch new FedEx services/ tariffs and capture incremental revenue.

I led the Change Management activities launch an enterprise platform in 220 countries FedEx serves, impacting all Sales, Pricing and Customer Service users. My responsibilities included:• Ensuring platform and user readiness for a successful launch.• Assisting cross-functional and cross-regional teams to develop rationalized processes to integrate FedEx’s Express, Ground and Freight pricing processes across the entire FedEx customer base.• Developing business processes to safeguard business continuity.• Reviewing training content and communications to keep impacted departments well informed of new business processes and system changes.

Post-MBA, I joined FedEx as a Pricing Analyst to further hone my Project Management and Analytical skills. At this position, I:• Aided the Project Management Office to oversee introduction of new features across eight dependent engineering systems. The goal of this process was to certify feature changes in a particular system along with necessary changes in other integrated systems to ensure successful feature delivery.• Led integration of three enterprise platforms to provide seamless customer experience.

As an analyst programmer, I worked to optimize websites based on user-behavior to create an efficient online experience for customers. Responsibilities included: • Building prototype B2C websites for Fortune clients.• Managing technology updates for the platform within the project.• Collaborating with several associates from locations across Asia, North America, Australia and EMEA regions to understand functional requirements, estimating work-time efforts, and performing gap-fit analysis.• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to new hires.

I worked to set-up the development environment in the Hyderabad Delivery Center to migrate the development efforts offshore and managed the technology enhancements in the environment within the project.Responsibilities included:• Collaborating with third-party agencies such as Epsilon, and Channel Intelligence to integrate their product e-commerce solutions for three brands of a leading consumer goods company. • Requirements gathering, analysis and design of e-commerce catalogs. Establishing the technical specifications to integrate these e-commerce offerings on a SharePoint website.

• Developed digital marketing websites for a leading consumer goods company and an alcoholic beverages company using ASP.NET on multiple Content Management Systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS).• Created an online gateway, using C# , for a leading alcoholic beverages company to redirect website traffic to locale-specific websites based on the IP addresses.• Built an automation product to migrate 27 legacy websites to various Content Management Systems such as SharePoint and TeamSite. Information such as webpage layouts and webpage url was used as inputs to fetch content from old website. This content was stored in a database and then, exported to the new systems as per the desired requirements. Awarded Accenture Celebrates Excellence award for this effort in year 2009.
