· Provide support for the Plano CPS office as well as other North Texas offices ensuring all clients are transported to their respected appointments assigned by the State of Texas. This includes appointment observations as well as feedback opportunities delivered to the assigned case workers. Work closely with caseworkers from my region to help develop and educate best practices of the Department of Family & Protective Services and deliver state standards to our clients.
