Successfully led and managed 30+ individual products (print and digital production) from start to finish, managing teams with up to six members on three different K-12 curriculum products (state and national programs). Collaborated weekly with members of a cross-functional product development team, defined product specifications and budget for a best selling title. Developed and defined product concepts/stories, to ensure customer needs are met with a 55% ROI.

Researched, tested, and written reviews for over 1,000 outdoor products, and 30+ outdoor gear categories. Intensive market research and thorough spec comparisons were analyzed for each category. Managed up to six different freelancers in the digital production process to ensure reviews met ever changing editorial and SEO standards.

Managed and optimized all operations for this k-12 independent school using cloud-based software and SaaS products. Implemented cloud-based enrollment and student management processes for 120+ students, reducing enrollment time and costs significantly. Other management tasks included: logistical planning for 15 different international and outdoor trips, all building operations, managing transcript requests from colleges for all senior students, and meeting with the building administrative team to address issues within the school.

Founded the vision of a successful non-profit alternative education program with six board members, catering to over 105 students. Collaborated with ten different non-profit partners to develop programming and reduce consumer costs by 30% per session. Managed all business operations, increasing revenue by 68%, with a 62% market capture rate, while under budget (<5% during the year). Drove and utilized weekly customer feedback to meet the needs of students and parents, increasing enrollment by 65%.

Developed curriculum for six core and electives courses including: Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, Outdoor Education, Middle School Science. Utilized SaaS products in the classroom (PowerSchool, Google Classroom, etc.). Developed six unique place-based grade-level outdoor expeditions that aligned to curriculum in math, science, social studies, and English. Served as the outdoor education consultant to build several outdoor programs.
