I literally grew up in the back room of a restaurant. Cooking by age 8 and serving tables even sooner than that. I didn’t get into the the restaurant business myself until 2011. And I found love eventually with food and seeing people’s face as they enjoy it. I have since worked in several types of restaurants. I have experience as a kitchen manager and it suits me well I think. While in high school and later in the military I found my first love of leading people. So management falls suit naturally. And even though I may not have a great resume. I have the skills to wow anyone in a kitchen (although desserts and breakfast are my favorite)
