With over 20 years of experience in security operations, security management, and intelligence analysis, in addition to my career, my husband and I co-own a small consulting company, ESI, LLC, where I apply my expertise and skills to help clients mitigate risks, protect assets, and enhance performance. I have multiple certifications from the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Salesforce, and FedEx, demonstrating my proficiency and versatility in various domains and platforms.Previously, I served as a Manager in the FedEx Global Security, where I received the Five Star Award for outstanding contributions to the global security program, including successfully establishing and managing the geo-political threat intelligence program. I also served the FBI for more than 15 years in multiple roles, including Supervisory Intelligence Analyst, Program Manager, Chief Reports Officer, Team Lead, Instructor, and Liaison. I was recognized as an expert in project management, communications, leadership, analysis, writing, editing, training, and collaboration.
