I have 15 years experience as a manager, store manager and assistant manager. My favorite part of my job is training new associates. I have been over business analytics, cash office, payroll, ect. I believe if you want your associates to do something they need to see you do it too, they will have more respect for you if you show them you are willing to work as much as they do. It is important to coach in the moment, that way things get corrected right away. I am often told I’m always in training mode.
