I represent clients in all industries, but have significant experience in oil and gas, representing oilfield service companies, mineral owners, surface owners, and banks in Midland, Odessa and Fort Worth, Texas. As both counselor and advisor, I focus on solving problems and creating value for my clients. As a result, I am often called upon to assist clients in the management of their day to day business affairs, including addressing employment issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, navigating State and Federal regulatory matters, resolving tax issues and disputes, and advising on corporate formations and governance.
