Amber battled childhood asthma and obesity, which greatly limited her physical activity as a child. She has kept her 111 pound weight loss off for over a decade!!Now Amber has expanded how she can help others, by being a Lifestyle Coach. Amber will help you in all aspects of creating a healthy lifestyle through nutritional assistance, meal planning and prepping, personal training, identifying emotional eating triggers, groups and individual support.Amber is someone who GETS being a busy working mom who is always on the go.
