I act as a liaison between the builder, developer, buyer, and management to help facilitate a successful close out, upon which I work to maintain long lasting relationships with the Board of Directors and management teams alike by continuing to be a useful resource and offer guidance, often resulting in long term financial savings for community associations and produce an added layer of risk management for our development team. With over 18 years of experience in real estate, multiple facets of property management, and business development, I have the skills and knowledge to handle complex and high-value transactions with professionalism and accuracy. I work with a diverse and talented team who share my passion for delivering exceptional service and value to our clients and stakeholders. As a Transition Manager, I leverage my expertise in contract negotiation, budgeting, and compliance to ensure smooth and timely transitions that meet the expectations and needs of all parties involved. I enjoy the challenge and variety of working on different projects, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices.
