Coordinates Client activities/services among our various internal departments i.e schedule enhancements, bug fixes with Development, work with Quality Assurance in creating best practice and process documentation based on Tool capabilities, Client business needs and compliance. Serve as a point of escalation for the Program Admin Team. Conduct weekly status meetings with primary stakeholders to identify and discuss topics in need of resolution, build/maintain Client rapport and participation and realize opportunity for improvements.

Similar responsibilities as the Account Associate II. Works more frequently with Client and Program Management Team directly. Provides training to other Team Members and serves as a Team Lead.

Daily Tier-2 support provided for both Clients and Partners.
