Also, I aided in training new paralegals, legal assistants and clerks for the Bankruptcy Department. I filled in as the acting department supervisor during her absences. I was the Team Lead for the Bankruptcy Department during our client audits and prepared all the required documentation for same including the Firm Bio and the Bankruptcy Bank of America Manual of guidelines and procedures.

I scanned all documents and reports to PDF to assist in office being paperless; emailed all correspondence to attorneys and received all payroll consents via email from attorney's offices. I used the postage machine daily to send letters to debtors. I trained other staff as needed.
