A current driven professional with 2+ years of management experience, 4+ years in customer service and sales and 2+ as a business leader. As a current manager in Amazon operations, I have advanced in improvement processes, implementing productivity plans, monitor production flow and manage team performance. I am well known as a confident leader to insist on high standards, deliver results, take ownership and exceed business goals. During my time at Winston Salem State University, I achieved competency in effective mentoring women in biological studies and proper work techniques. I practiced independent studies for research and enrolled in a program that fostered a culture of empowerment through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Upon my senior year, I was nominated as the President of the Women Leadership Program under our Biology Department. Throughout my undergraduate degree, a part-time job in Food and Beverage yielded the skill in selling products and services. After graduation, I was then offered an internship through this company, Bloom Brands Inc, working with my local proprietor to practice management level functions and understand business management prior to attending Miami Herbert Business school. As a University of Miami Herbert Business school graduate, I had the opportunity to develop business and community networking, as well as insight to successfully navigate a changing industry. Participating in business workshops for student discipline and development contributed to becoming a principled leader.
