Toolbox Project, LLC: Provided strategic development and organizational infrastructure for a newly transitioned social benefit company that provides social emotional learning for schools, hospitals and corporate communities.

Led an initiative addressing the impact of COVID-19 on the childcare infrastructure across the state of Montana - Essential Childcare Needs COVID and Beyond ENHANCE - https://enhancemt.org/Led an impact assessment of Evictions on households across Montana resulting in a published study and personal narrative report.

Serving as the Founding - Acting Executive Director to build the organizational infrastructure, strategic plan and start-up operations from the ground up for The Center.

• Designed and implemented a cost savings initiative to establish competitive pricing for orthopaedic implants at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital resulting in an initial $3.4M savings and an annual $1.2M savings by analyzing pricing for new technology.• Responsible for the maintenance and growth of the division’s Clinical Trauma Fellowship and Global Exchange Program including attracting foundation grants and programmatic funding, all operating systems and strategic oversight. • Established a leadership role within the University and across campus to build partnerships and collaborations.

• Responsible for the vision and strategic growth of a unique non-profit initiative within the University from inception to a 10-year milestone, becoming an internationally recognized $2M asset. • Extensive grant writing experience across governmental, research, private and public foundations with a career total of attracting and managing the reporting of over $3M.• Established and maintained 5 international institutional affiliations including the development of a global surgical skills course and online learning platform reaching over 75 countries annually. • Initiated and expanded upon partnerships across universities, industry, government and non-profit organizations to establish a robust network including the launch of the Bay Area Global Health Film Festival and COACT – Consortium of Orthopaedic Academic Traumatologists to maximize efforts and resources across North American Universities. • Extensive experience in global health advocacy, presenting at international scientific meetings and engaging with influential global health institutions.
