I am an active member of the San Diego community and a valuable member of the Marketing and Product Development teams at San Diego-based manufacturing company ECR4Kids. In my role as Director of Marketing and Product Development for ECR4Kids, I am responsible for overall brand management. We have taken the brand to a new level in a very traditional industry. Our content far exceeds the competitive marketplace with the investment in exceptional photography, videography and more. Our Marketing team is at the cutting edge of the eCommerce marketplace. I also manage the Product Development group focused on manufacturing goods in internationally. The group is designing and developing products to meet the customers needs. We are focused on Storage and Organization, Indoor and Outdoor, SoftZone, Infant and Toddler, and Classroom Essentials.Personally, I was also a member of the San Diego Women’s Foundation for over five years active in the Marketing Committee, the Membership Committee, and the Long Range Planning Committee. I also served as Grants Celebration Chair. At the time I was the youngest board member and thrilled to have been part of an organization that makes a significant impact on the community. I also served on the board for the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders.
