Project teams include stakeholders and SMEs from HRIS, Admin Analytics & Technology, IT, Enterprise Procurement, EPMO, Legal, Enterprise SecurityResponsible for seamless integration of Total Rewards solutions, in-house and vendor-sourced. Project teams include stakeholders and SMEs from HRIS, Admin Analytics & Technology, IT, Corporate Communications and Change ManagementPool resources with peers in Corporate Learning to create and deploy development and performance management strategiesClosely collaborate with Classification & Pay Teams to ensure parity across responsibilities and rewards in key positionsRegularly present strategy recommendations to HR Executives and Senior Leaders to update talent retention strategies, including Total Rewards, employee connection and engagement initiativesDirect teams responsible for driving employee and community engagement initiatives including CSR, DEI, ESG, surveys and multi-site employee appreciation eventsOversee recruitment, development and retention of pools of Employee Volunteers supporting delivery of engagement initiatives, including Wellness Coordinators (Employee Wellness), Social Awareness Ambassadors (CSR)
