Facilitating small groups of excluded young people from across Cornwall to learn agricultural and key skills. Mentoring disadvantaged, disengaged students in education and employment opportunities. Developing positive behavioural habits and attitudes. Teaching animal husbandry, land management and rural skills alongside basic literacy and numeracy.

Several seasons facilitating and supervision workshops with the thousands of families visiting the Eden Project. Facilitating adventurous and risky play, running paid for workshops with large groups of all ages, encouraging creative and educational engagement with sustainability based issues. Whist supervisor I managed and supported colleagues, organised the operational aspects of the family activities and liaised with other teams on the site.
