Joined to support a major construction project at time of TUPE transfer of approx. 70 colleagues into a team of 120 and approx. 2000 onsite workers.Initially supported in the project management of aligning TUPE to HRIS systems, to managing complex contractual agreements into the organisation. Onboarded TUPE colleagues and managed wide ranging HR queries to solution. Assisted SLT with project communications, engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Designed and delivered Line Manager briefings and concluded challenging E.R processes to resolution.

Joined this SME to support and aid the fast paced growth period as stand alone HR Manager for 85-100 employees. Responsible for all HR/L&D aspects including strategy, planning and delivery to include specifically; recruitment, talent management and E.R procedures. Recruited and managed HR assistant to support and manage Payroll and implementation of pension. It was important to the Directors that growth was manageable with team’s swiftly becoming fluent in operating systems and settling into efficient ways of working, whilst remaining engaged and motivated.Proposed and delivered the re-brand of this organisation to align positive growth and change. Collaboratively implemented Company values using a democratic approach for organisation-wide buy-in. Actively encouraged and promoted L&D throughout the working life cycle by implementing bespoke competency framework and an interactive onboarding experience. Introduced engagement event days and implemented continuous feedback and appraisals. Regularly met with management team with briefings and carried out training for complex conduct/capability, disciplinary and grievance management. Managed TUPE process of a small team.
