- Responsible for handling administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling employee shift, ordering office and operation equipment and guide new hire.- Work closely with Payroll to check absenteeism for employees, overtime (OT), allowances and back pay are correctly paid.- Strongly handling new system (D365) in operation and assisting employees for smoothen process.- Ensure all employees follow regulation International Labour Organization (ILO) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).- Collaboration with Operation/Admin/HR team in any events, such as Sports, Safety (EHS), Lean Six Sigma, and 5S.- Assisting Supply/Purchaser in finding quotation with suppliers or vendors for improvement project, operation equipment and any related of Purchase Order (PO) - OPEX and CAPEX.- Ensure all data entry closing up to date and tally with Costing/Finance monthly and Yearly.- Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure all employees are safe from any hazard.

- Responsible for serving foods and beverages to guest timely and efficient manner.- Ensure equipment and place setting are clean and properly arranged- Provide service to customer to ensure all guests are satisfied with meals and drinks.
