 Responsible for implementation of the partnership training strategy across Maharashtra to various partners of Chola MS namely: Central Bank of India, Indusind Bank Ltd, Chola Investment and Finance Co, Dewan Housing and Finance Ltd, Aadhar Housing, New India Co-operative Bank, Bombay Mercantile Co-op Bank, Hinduja Motor Finance Ltd, Bussn Auto Finance, AU finance, and Equitas Finance. Imparting various types of trainings like employee induction training, specified person’s training, product training, sales training, technological training, operations and process trainings, and behavioural training. Training external vendors like call centre staff of TCS and Rural Shores. Communication of company initiatives and schemes to employees of the partners on regular basis. Accompanying sales team for important sales calls of EPP, Marine, CAR, BI, etc. Responsible for Identifying the training & development needs of employees in partnership distribution team as well as channel partners. Preparation of content considering the local business needs & ensure standardization of the same across locations. Planning of training calendar for rollout before stipulated date. Checking process compliance periodically & course correcting. Responsible for driving performance of the partnership distribution team with interventions like performance coaching. Responsible for creation & implementation of effective feedback mechanism & other training review mechanism to ensure effective distribution training. Liaise between the sales and the trainings team for the various requirements.Key Achievements: Rated as a “Significant performer” at the 2015-16 appraisal. Rated as an “Above Expectation” performer at 2014-15 appraisal. Was eligible for mid-year appraisal in December 2014. Won the “Shabaash award” as a Developer for Agency Licensing and Productivity.

Understanding & analysing the training requirements of various groups like Branch Managers, Unit Managers, Leaders, and advisors for 3 branches.Conducting various workshops like “Excellence in Selling”, “Advisor Induction School”, “Unit Manager Inductions”, “Recruitment Workshops”, and various “Skill Labs”.Conducting various trainings like IRDA offline batch, IRDA refreshers, product trainings, new product and contest launches, career opportunity presentations, and other trainings are required from time to time.Ensuring that 70% of the applications received pass the exam and attain licence.Ensure that 50% leaders and advisors licenced do the required amount of business and qualify for the various trainings programs and earn “Professional Development Allowance”.Ensure that the cluster training calendar is drawn in advance and communicated, also more than 80% programmes planned are conducted.Liaise between the sales and the trainings team for the various requirements.Help the advisors and managers to do need-based-selling by demonstrating how Financial Health Reviews are done, thus helping in closing sales.Help managers on field for recruitment calls.Manage activities like market surveys, Kiosks, road shows, mass presentations, etc., on a regular basis.

 Conducting various types of product, skill, and sales training. Ensuring that the MNYL Sales process is followed. Accompanying the advisors and managers for various field calls, to facilitate selling of policies.

 Handling the training function for 14 centers in Gujarat and understanding the business requirement and ensure delivery of accurate, adequate, and timely training, development & team building programs.  Maintained the stock for the products sold by the organisation. Conducting train-the-trainer programs and certifying star trainers. Keeping a time-to-time check of the trainings done by the star trainers and generating MIS regularly and also coordinating regarding the payments made to these star trainers. Developing specific client presentations and representing the Company to client groups. Business development of the key accounts. Auditing stocks and ensuring 90% availability of stocks at any given time.

 Marketing and selling of FMCG products and homeopathic medicines, training of sales officers on products and selling skills.
