* Experience of more than 9 years in capital market domain. Currently working with natwest markets in FX middle office, In this profile we have to support traders, various trading desks and sales in booking, cancelling and amending trades as per desk requirements. Also, we have to manage risk and data in order to validate trades details from different counterparties.Apart from this we have to provide support to back office departments like confirmation, settlement reconciliation etc to ensure smooth settlement of trades on daily basis.* Previously I worked in Bank of America as a team lead in derivative market where we had to do analysis of derivative products and manage fee agreements with major inter dealer brokers in OTC market being an SME I had to manage all the escalation from stakeholders. Also, have to provide insight reports to business managers on monthly basis where we have share details report on total commission paid in a month for different brokers to compare data with previous 6 month expenditure.Achievement- worked on migration projects to bring more business for my department.Worked in multiple automation project to make process STP so that we can create more space for new business. worked on some risk projects where I made the process STP so we can reduce manual work which ultimately help us to reduce human error. * I have also worked with Infosys for 2 years where I worked for a custodian bank(BBH) in this profile I had to work on various product breaks on T+1 basis where we had to identify the break with the of Swift message details and generate reports for different departments to provide them reason why we have breaks
