Senior Quality Engineer
Current• I am looking Quality presently in this organization.• Handling quality of End to End Telecom infrastructure roll out activities in Zone.• Audit 100% of sites (New Roll out, Expansion and Shared Sites).• Monthly meeting with partners over improvement plan and repeated deficiencies.• Random check of tools, testing and measuring equipments and it's calibration details.• Highlighting major bottle neck of the month to project team.• To prepare quality audit records and reports and distribute to project office and subcontractors responsible for installations.• To prepare Project Quality Plan, Quality Check lists, Audit recordsand reports and distribute to project office.• I was also responsible for control of project Documents and records.• To impart trainings to the telecom installation team on standard installation practice.• Having Sound knowledge about three phase also power plant and Transformer.• Managing a Team of 16 Partners and guiding them for getting the quality work done with TAT.• Identification of new avenues for energy conservation and cost optimization, implement and technical innovations to improve energy consumption.• Deployment of innovative/ Special projects viz. Energy saving initiatives like Solar, IPMS, DCDG, DCFCU etc.• Authenticate Bill of material for the site as per technical guidelines & making effective use of passive Infra.• Review Vendor performance on Monthly basis.• Giving classroom and field training on products and technical inputs to maintain the consistency and performance.• Responsible for refurbishment & Liquidation old Aged inventory in warehouse.• Maintaing standards of EHS policy on ground strictly.• Extract best performance while ensuring highest level of people engagement.• Partnering with Operation & Maintenance team to understand new challenges and requirement for operational efficiency and service excellence.• Ensure adherence to business process- verification, audit and other third party checks.
