My present my role as a Class A1 Harbour Pilot with PSA Marine includes Co-ordinating and Piloting on various kinds of Vessels Including Container Ships, Heavy Lift , Tankers, Chemical , LPG , LNG, Drill Ships , Offshore Support Vessels, Oil Rigs, Bulk Carriers, in and around the Port and Anchorages of Singapore . which include safe , Berthing /Unberthing and Anchoring .In addition with that Ensuring the compliance with the Port Mandatory Regulations/ Reporting Systems and Security Standards.

Navigation of the ship on shift working hours when ship was enroute from one place to other on an international voyage. Incharge of cargo while the ship was at port for loading or discharging.Identify needs and carry out crew training as required.Performing duties of ship safety officer.Performing duties of ship security officer.Ensure the vessel comply with international and local regulations and requirements.Continuously monitoring and reporting of vessel’s performance.Responsible for safe handling of cargo and documentation.Implementation of ISM -ISO 9001 and ISO 14001(environment management.)Assisting in review of safety and quality management system manuals and procedures.Participated in internal audits/inspections, preparing vessel for surveys, owners inspections, flag and port state inspections as well as on hire/off hire surveys.
