As Associate Vice President – Center Head, I have led the management of the center operations, P&L for the site, processes operating out at the site: inbound, outbound and backend activities and qualitative KPIs. I have established policies that promote company culture and vision. Ensured that communication flows in a decentralized manner by working closely with all departments and the Executive Team.Some of my noteworthy milestones include:• Served an integral role in over-delivering the AOP of FY’12-13 by 132%.• Credited with various client awards and recognition for KPI achievement.

I served as a Process Owner for Collections for GE Money Americas and GE Money India. Facilitated early-stage collections of GE Money Bank US, all dialer/collections strategy, Client Management for both International and Domestic markets and Secured; Unsecured and Mortgages of GE Money India. Channeled processes like Inbound/Outbound; Voice/Semi-Voice and non-voice.Some of my noteworthy milestones include:• Steered the process of meeting the operational plan and achieved a higher win rate in a 3-way competition between sites that are based at different geographic locations.• Credited with the Annual Gold award for operational excellence for 2008 and 2009.
