Senior Instructional Designer/Course Developer

- Design and develop instructional material for customer or internal training courses that support company technical products and procedures.- Perform needs analysis, task analysis, project management, course design, course development, and course evaluation.- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and review technical product information.- Recommend appropriate learning solutions based on needs and task analysis results.- Estimate training development project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and constraints/risks.- Lead the selection and evaluation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) for the company. This includes: define requirements, evaluate products, develop RFP, conduct demos, and test platforms.- Co-lead LMS implementation, which include activities such as system configuration and testing; creation and management of learning objects; and execution of project road map.
