My role was to maintain oversight of the Quality of Delivery Meeting calendar and ensure all is in order for all relevant meeting. I ensured timely preparation of templates, accurate notes and circulation within agreed timescales, following up any appropriate sign offs and actions.I ensured all essential information for consistency, evidentiary and learning purposes is captured, prompting within the meeting if necessary. My duties included engaging in joint ownership of team management and oversight as well as proactively participating in regular liaison between the team to ensure effective communication, regular feedback from key areas of work as assigned, timely allocation to meetings and prompt arrangement of cover and contingency for leave or absence. I was always readily to provide support, advice and as an escalation point to the administrators I managed. I always demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement by participating in feedback and review of next phase processes and tools to gain efficiencies and ensure high quality delivery.I also escalated areas of risk where relevant, seek to mitigate and devise ways to prevent in future.
