This tuition center is not responsible for providing students with the degrees of LL.B (Hons) University of London (International Program.Responsible for Criminal Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law, Corporations, Land Law, Law of Trusts, Tort Law, Islamic Law, Jurisprudence and Legal theory, European Union Law and Law of Conflicts which are offered in Part 1 and Part 2 of the LL.B program.The students are provided assistance with their difficulties in these subject areas so that they can perform well in the examination conducted by the examiners of the University of London.

I was honored to be working for the only national flag carrier of Pakistan as an acting General Manager at Head Office in Karachi. This position was purely on contractual basis for nine months. I was assisting PIACL in streamlining their legal frame work. I have been handling few of their major cases involving issues relating to Mega-Procurement's. One of the most important case that required my presence at the head office was a case filed by Sabre Inc (a company incorporated in Delaware, USA) against PIACL. PIACL wanted to change their Passenger Service System (“PSS”) as the current Sabre system was outdated. PIACL management issued tender and a company based in turkey called Hitit won this tender. Sabre Inc filed a case before Sindh High Court for mis-procurement alleging that PIACL failed to comply with “Two stage, two envelop process”. The case is still pending before High Court of Sindh. I was also involved in holding daily meetings with the Hitit team including their Chief Legal Officer to correspond to our code share partners. I was also responsible for corresponding with other international and domestic GDS (Global Distribution System) partners including Travel port, Sabre and Abacus to ensure that our new PSS system was integrated with the GDS system before the cutover date. Some other important cases that I was handling for PIACL were relating to Service matters. Few of them were cases filed by Deputy Chief Engineers and Chief Engineers against promotions made on the various vacancies for Aircraft Engineers. Moreover, I was handling many of their employment & contractual matters including fake degrees, illegal Union activities and cargo matters.

I have extensive experience in handling a range of different Civil and Criminal cases. I have filed, drafted pleadings for, and argued in various cases in areas of banking law, constitutional law, defamation law, company law, contract law, family law and criminal law (with a special interest in pre-arrest and post arrest bails) etc. My litigation experience allows me to tackle cases in the high court, where I have filed several writs. Additionally, I draft and vet numerous agreements to safeguard the interests of our clients as needed, including lease agreements, franchise agreements and shareholders agreements. My work also includes advising companies/bodies and institutions in maintaining compliance with all governing provisions, donor agencies, regulatory frameworks etc.I was primarily handling banking suits and energy related matters, and in particular, have extensive experience in pursuing suits for recovery for various banks in Lahore. Additionally, I also look after their civil and corporate affairs such as vetting loan subscription agreements. I assisted the senior council in application for generation license and tariff approvals from NEPRA (National Electric Power Regulation Authority), worked on vetting of Implementation Agreements and Engineering, Procurement and Construction agreements. Conducted due diligence on transactional documents. Advised our clients on NEPRA licensing (generation) Rules. Conducted extensive research on Companies Ordinance 1984, Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (1947) and Foreign Exchange Manual 2002. Assisted the senior council in negotiating loan subscription agreements, power purchase agreements; EPC Contracts etc.

Independence Blue Cross (“IBC”) is the largest health insurance company based in Philadelphia USA, which serves more than two million people in the region and seven million nationwide. The company offers a wide range of health plans, managed care and traditionally indemnity insurance. At the time when I was offered this position, IBC was involved in a merger with the second largest health insurance company in Philadelphia area called High Mark (“HMK”). The data relating to providers (doctors) and patients was being merged in a single database called Central Provider Repository (“CPR”). My job was to ensure compliance with HIPPA regulation for all the business requirements involved in this merger and to make sure that meetings were held with the subject matter experts to assist them on business requirements. Another aspect was the understanding of International Classification of Disease known as ICD's. These regulations and codes relate to privacy of patient records and provides detailed classification of the diseases covered under their plans. Any non-compliance or potential non-compliance were discussed with the experts to ensure compliance with the legal framework. I was also involved with drafting and vetting employment contracts, service agreements and other ancillary agreements made by the company.

I was honoured to work with one of the leading law firm of Pakistan. As a recent graduate my task was simple and involved the following؛Drafted various marketing and sales agreement, agency agreements, property acquisition agreements, employment agreements, settlement agreements, custodian account agreements, confidentiality agreements, land development agreements, construction agreements, consultancy agreements, shareholder agreements and franchise agreements.Researched for various cases involving issues pertaining to land disputes, evacuee property laws, company law, insolvency and bankingPrepared fact sheets and drafted writs along with written statements and petitions. Assisted in formatting legal opinions and was primarily responsible for various cases and their litigations.Registered numerous private limited companies and Single member companies
